On a MacBook Pro 14" M4 Pro (A3401) we first rule out the simpler causes and only then repair the port itself. Depending on the model, this means replacing a soldered connector or a separate board with the ports. After the repair we test charging and data transfer on all ports. The repair comes with a warranty of 6 months.
